We attribute a large portion of our success to the fact that we employ shorter multiple visits rather than one extended stay. This method minimizes the disruption of the client's employees and daily workflow and ensures the total implementation of our work.

Fees

Specific fees vary depending on the nature of the engagement, but are generally equivalent to those charged by consulting firms, accounting firms or law firms. While we endeavor to be efficient, management consulting advice is not inexpensive. Our services are most appropriate for established companies or new companies that have already received significant funding from the private equity community.

Our preferred fee arrangement is a "retainer-plus" relationship for a specific period of time. This involves a monthly retainer in exchange for a given number of days, with reduced daily and hourly rates for additional time. We will also accept engagements involving daily billing rates or project fees.

Reimbursable expenses (including travel, telecommunications and research materials, lodging and meals when amicable) are additional. Fees and expenses will be billed monthly, and invoices must be paid within 30 days. In most cases, we require payment of an initial retainer before commencing work.
